- Does the device work without buying the cloud service?
- Yes. Standalone edge operation is the default; the cloud is an optional management layer.
- Can we get the data into our own platform?
- Yes. DPE100 exposes data over Modbus, SunSpec, MQTT, IEC 104 and IEC 61850, and your own platform can take it directly.
- Can you white-label it for us?
- That is on the table. We work with OEM/ODM partners, so contact us to scope it.
- Which devices do you support?
- See the device compatibility list. Models marked "pending verification" need their protocol documentation before we can confirm integration by test.
